If that happens, it would mean almost 7% of the 7.9 million square feet of office space Songbird have available at Canary Wharf would be vacant. Office space in London has seen a rise in vacancy rates and a fall in rental prices during 2009. This was confirmed by chief exec of Cushman & Wakefield, Bryan Laxton, who stated,

“The story in 2009 is the deterioration of rental income”. Songbird previously renewed leases last year which cost their clients more than 10% above average London rates.

the various video and audio evidence that is well prepared on
the various web sites and links mentioned in Shimon Peres’
attorney’s petition to the court. In english we say “Let’s not
beat a dead horse” but I will mention one more time that the
killer’s of Yitzhak Rabin are walking around free, that is the
fact which a reasonable, normal person concludes when he or she
is knowledgeable of the facts surrounding the death of Yitzhak
Rabin z”l…
