“Dog Whisperer” Exposes His Top 3 Dog Training Secrets That Will Teach Your Troublesome Pooch That Y
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 11:44 pm

Want to know the secrets of a top dog trainer who has the power
to turn your disobedient, reactive, misbehaving pet into the
“best-friend” you’ve always dreamed of.

Here are our top 3 tips simple tips that will make a world of
difference to your relationship with your pesky pouch.

Tip # 1 Put Your Pouch on a “Leadership” Programme

Put simply, your dog needs to know that you’re in charge. Dogs
are pack animals, and like all pack animals they require that
someone is in charge. While your dog would prefer that you took
the lead role, if they decide that you’re not up to the task,
then they’ll take on the job!

If your dog currently thinks that he’s the leader of your
family’s pack, then you need to implement a leadership programme
in which you re-assert yourself as the Top Dog! This doesn’t
mean being unkind or unloving to your dog - it simply means
understanding your dog’s psyche and behaving in a way that
reassures your dog of your ability to take charge.

Some simple ways to demonstrate your dominance include: eating
your meals first; ensuring that your dog waits at the door for
you to walk through first; don’t walk around your dog if he’s
sitting in your way (give him a gentle nudge and he’ll move);
and determine when your dog gets your attention (ignore your dog
when he demands your attention as he’s simply demonstrating that
he’s in charge of you).

For more detail on how you can show your dog that you’re the
boss, visit:

how-your-dog-youre-the-boss.html

Tip # 2: Consistency Is the Key To Success

When it comes to training dogs, most people fail to consistently
reinforce positive behaviour and punish bad behaviour. Without
consistency, your dog will be confused and over time lose
respect for your commands. If you fail to follow through on your
expectations, the dog will determine when it suits him to
respond.

If you’ve been consistent with your expectations, then in time
your dog’s responses to your commands will become pre-programmed
and eventually anticipated. This will ensure that your dog will
behave in a predictable manner time and again. A dog who clearly
understands the boundaries of his behaviour and the consequences
of his mis-behaviour is a much happier dog who will be a
delightful member of your family.

Tip #3: It’s Much Easier To Train A Puppy Than To Teach An Old
Dog New Tricks

As soon as your new puppy is welcomed home you should get
started on your Leadership Programme, and consistently implement
it until your puppy is automatically programmed to behave in
precisely the manner that is worthy of a “best friend”!

The more quality time you dedicate to your puppy up front, the
fewer on-going headaches you will encounter for the life of your
dog.

Reinforcing positive behaviour is the simple most effective
training tool available to dog owners, however from time to time
you will also need to reprimand your dog for inappropriate
behaviour (a clear, firm “BAH” or “NO” will do the trick -
there’s no need to resort to shouting or hitting).

leadership programme, go to:

If you follow these top 3 techniques used by leading dog
trainers, both you and your dog will enjoy a much happier and
enjoyable relationship.

A-Z Of An Online Business - Professional Methods That Worked For Professionals
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 11:40 pm

Ever wondered why some sites make it without using the caveman techniques that are taught so widely on the internet. Its because they know the tried and tested methods of advertising and marketing that can create a hype about your site in its own world — offline and online. I started using the internet before Google was even a recognized search engine. eBay was just a little site not much different then one I can put together in a couple of days, and I watched the internet go from what it was then to what it is today. There have been ups, and there have been downs, but there have been general trends and key things to remember that made the whole experience more profitable and enjoyable, and without further rambling, I’m going to get started.

PERCEPTION

When trying to do business on the internet, the ways people perceive your site and you as a business are key. It can mean the difference between a customer that thinks twice before ordering from you and a customer who impulsively buys, without thinking. Go ask any sales team in the world, and they’ll tell you that a sale today is better then the promise of 10 tomorrow.

Building an online business that people look at in a favorable way is infinitely easier than opening up say a store, or franchise. All you need to do is have a nice looking website, and one person can run the entire operation, as opposed to having to put a huge amount of money into the looks and employment before even making a single sale. The customers don’t need to know that, and if you do what you promise, they won’t care. So because of this you have to understand that if you put an amount of work into your website, which will be your main salesfield, expect that amount of work to be directly reflected in your sales. What I mean is if you put together a website in 2 hours and when its all together you go around telling people to visit yoursite.freesites.biz.com then not many people are going to take you seriously. But if you take some time, maybe map out your website first using the old pen and paper method, and take time in setting up your graphics and content, people will actually come to your website and be impressed, both consciously and non-consciously.

So how much of that didn’t you know already? You probably knew most of it, and if not, this is the first eBook you’ve read! But the fact still remains that even though you’ve heard it over and over, most websites out there are shabbily put together because people are looking to make money quickly, and that doesn’t work.

SET ASIDE TIME, AND DO YOUR WORK
SET ASIDE 30 MINUTE BLOCKS OF WORK THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY

Don’t stop during the 30 minutes, I mean, come on, 30 minutes isn’t a long time. But at the same time, even if you feel like you are up to it, don’t spend MORE than 30 minutes at a time on your site.

YOUR WEBSITE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR ONLINE PRESENSE. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A WEBSITE (www.yourdomain.com) THAT YOU HAVE PUT AT LEAST 6 HOURS OF WORK INTO THEN YOU NEED TO DO THAT ASAP.

Go to godaddy.com and register a domain. Use the coupon code ’saveten’ to get a 10% discount on your order. Now go to dreamhost.com and use the coupon code ‘moesdeals’ to get up to 65$ off your order. Order hosting and get your domain setup, if you don’t have the money to do this, then MAKE THE MONEY. Without your own domain you will have a definite disadvantage in making money.

SEARCH ENGINES
After you have your domain and your hosting, you can start thinking about content, and search engine optimization. Now, a lot of people rush into this stage of things thinking they’ll just fill up their site with so much stuff that people coming to the site won’t be able to leave because they’ll never be able to finish reading everything. This is the WRONG way to look at things, at least in 2006. In earlier years, this kind of info stuffing would have got you a high ranking on search engines, and you wouldn’t have had any problems with getting people to your site. But now with all the annoyances of pop-ups and banners and flashing ads, people like to go to a site and see what they want to see - the site. Your logo should stand out and be done in a light soft shade. Except for some exceptions, use soft colors like a dull yellow, a light grey and dull orange. Colors like these will make people associate your website with feelings of happiness, success and bliss in their head and they will find it easier on their eyes to spend more time browsing your site. Notice the popularity of Google as a search engine came just as all the search engines on the internet started filling their pages up with advertising? Google came out with a site that was and still is as simple as ever. A logo at the top with the search bar in the middle, and although it wasn’t a very pretty site, it gave people the most functionality from the site because they came to search and it was easy to do so. So they came back. If Google started off their site as a small search bar among a sea of ads like the other search engines were doing, then it would be in no better of a position then HotBot.com, askjeeves.com and Altavista.com are. Sure these are good websites, but they aren’t the ones who had a stock quadruple in its first year. So the point here is that use colors that do not jump from the page, and make sure that the intent of your site is clear and centered. Use pictures as much as you can, and use small slogans and small sentences more on your homepage then long paragraphs and the like. There are other pages on your site for that kind of mumbo jumbo, this isn’t it.

OPTIMIZATION

So now you have a website set up, its looking good with nothing sticking off the page and your main intent VERY clear. Now what? Now you want to go and find yourself a meta-tag generator, or use the one at Exactseek.com, and set up the part of your site that people don’t see. The meta-tags are one of the most important parts of your websites marketing because it’s these meta-tags that search engines read to get a description of your site and match it to keywords. Its easy to make these meta-tags and you’ll find tons of tools on the internet that will help you make them. But theres always two ways to do things, and almost always the harder way gets you better results. What you need to do is optimize your keyword on your site. In 2005 the key to making a good website was a website with lots of articles that are updated everyday with fresh content about your site. Now you can go to any site and see all the articles written by random people, and don’t think that Google hasn’t taken notice of this new effort to thwart their efforts and site crawling algorithms. So now we come to 2006, and a whole new approach must be taken to get the same results that just placing a bunch of random articles could have had in 2005 or earlier years. The name of the game for 2006 is short, precise, and no lies. If you want a site, then Google is making it more and more of a must that you put work into it for it to be rated as one of the top sites in their search engine listing. The old stuffing your sites with your keywords in your content approach doesn’t work anymore.

So how are you going to get listed near the top of search engines? Be realistic first off, don’t expect your site that you just made to be listed at the top of Google for your exact keyword. For example, if you start a site that sells wholesale information, then don’t expect when someone types in wholesale they are going to be able to find you at all, because they won’t there are bigger companies then yours! However, making several different pages and submitting them all separately will help you. How? Because what you’re going to do is use specific keywords for your search engine listing. Selling wholesale information about cameras? Then you need to have ‘wholesale Kodak cameras information’ as your keyword(s). If you’re too worried about someone never typing in that search, don’t be. They might not type it in as often, but at least if they do, they know your site is the first one there, and they know that its EXACTLY what they’re looking for. Would you rather have a keyword that is search 500,000 times a day and you not get a single hit or a keyword that is searched 50 times a day and you get them ALL. My point exactly.

If you hunt around enough you can even find search engine submission software that will submit your sites for free. I really recommend getting one of these, because the next tip I’m going to give you is to submit each page of your site independent of one another with different keywords and different meta-tags. You want your site to be out on these search engines as much as possible, and more sites for them to spider will mean a better chance of you being seen. Again, this part takes a bit of time, and its boring making 50 different meta-tags, but the fact of the matter is, it’s a crucial part of the business and doing it will reward you times ten in the future. Another thing that is important is to use a ‘revist after’ tag in your meta-tags and set it to 14 days so that every 14 days the spider will check for updates on your site. But this also means you should update your site at least once every 14 days so that the spider doesn’t somehow filter you out. I wish I could say more than that but only Google knows those kind of limits and I’d suppose with the numbers of sites on the internet they filter out quite a bit.

Another thing is don’t expect to see your listing in the search engine listing be at the top instantly, and for sure don’t expect to be at the very top ever, depending on what you’re selling, it may or may not be worth but you can buy ads at the side, but more about that later.

Art, Artists and Money
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 11:29 pm

Practical money tips for people in the arts.

1. Sock it Away

If you are in the arts there is no such thing as a steady
paycheck. Money usually comes in spurts with no money,
often for months, many months, in between. Don’t make the
mistake of thinking that spurts of income will happen on a
monthly basis.

When you get money from selling paintings at a show, a
role in a play, an advance for a book, any art project–sock it
away in a very safe place, CD’s or bonds or a savings
account. Rainy days always come in the arts and hurricanes
happen.

2. Live Under Your Means.

Don’t even think about “keeping up with the Jones’s.” Live
under your means. Forget the fancy car, the country club,
designer clothes the expensive house, fancy vacations and
private school for your kids.

That doesn’t mean you can’t do nice things for yourself and
your loved ones in a reasonable way now and then, we all
need to do that. And if you happen to make millions and
become independently wealthy as an artist, then fine-go for
all that later on. But, if you have to have that expensive
vacation home in the most desirable location, then maybe
being in the arts is not for you.

3. Your Rainy Day Fund

It is recommended that people with a steady paycheck put
away eight months of income in case they loose their job. In
the arts, it’s a good idea to try and put away three years
worth if you possibly can. Not an easy task, but if you can
achieve it, you’ll sleep a lot better at night.

4. Saving For That Rainy Day Fund

How to save for that desired artistic rainy day fund? If you
can put a little bit away each month and leave it in a safe
place, a place that adds interest-bonds or CD’s for example,
you will be amazed at how much you can accumulate.
Forget any quick short cuts, they almost always backfire,
and it will sabotage your art career.

5. Forget That Credit Card

Nothing can kill a career in the arts faster than credit card
debt. If you know you can’t pay for it when the monthly bill
comes, then don’t buy it.

6. Keep Receipts

On your taxes declare your art income and your art
expenses. Keep receipts because if you are ever audited,
you will need proof of your expenses.

If you have an accountant that does your taxes, that expense
can be written off next year, and he or she will probably know
how to do your taxes a lot better than you do.

7. Pay Quarterlies

When you do receive income as an artist, put a third of it
away for taxes. You not only pay the IRS, but state taxes and
Social Security. Social Security tax is 15%, as an artist you
pay it all, you don’t have an employer to pay half.

Pay Quarterlies, which means as an artist you pay a partial
amount towards your taxes four times a year — ask your
accountant about this. If you make a lot of money that year,
you won’t get a huge tax payment that you hadn’t planned on.
If you don’t make a lot of money that year you’ll get a very
nice tax refund. Both you and the IRS will be happy. (You can
put the tax refund in the rainy day artist fund, instead of
putting it towards that red Ferrari).

8. Health Insurance

Try and get health insurance. It’s a luxury many artist’s feel
they can’t afford, but it’s important. In many cities there are
art organizations that you can join for a nominal fee, which
have group health insurance. If you live in a smaller area
you can often get reasonably priced group health insurance
by joining your local chamber of commerce.

9. Vocation

All of these tips assume that being an artist is your vocation.
A vocation has been described as “something you can’t not
do.”

The Incandescence Of The Human Spirit
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 11:17 pm

There lives within every individual a power, an energy, an incandescence of spirit that is being constantly held in check, like a dimmer switch turned way down.

A lifetime of being told: “we are nothing special; to stand out is egotistic and wrong; to conform is necessary; to be different is bad; the collective good must be served even to the determent of our own being; we must support; we must never defy; to question authority is inherently evil; the majority is always right; don’t rock the boat;” — creates an habitual thought pattern of lassitude, often leaving us without any sense of our ability to make a substantial difference and therefore with no real sense of urgency.

Surely it is in the best interest of every organization, every corporation to instill in it’s employees a sense of pride, in the organization, in the work force and in themselves. People who are encouraged to take a long hard look at what their company is all about, at what it does to make a difference in the community, the country and the world, will begin to develop a sense of being a valuable part of something important, something worthwhile.

Creating this attitude goes beyond the publication of an idealized mission statement as so often proudly displayed in the lobby for the enlightenment of visitors. The organization must walk its talk to create employee buy in. Pride and loyalty are founded on belief and trust.

When the people at the top believe in the organization and it’s people, demonstrating confidence in and respect for every employee, this attitude is emulated all down the line. This is the starting point for taking leadership from the top floor to the shop floor.

Pride in the organization is a starting point. When people are coached and mentored to look objectively at the roles they play within their company and the roles played by their fellow workers, they will learn to recognize that no company can achieve success or make a substantial difference without the effort and contribution of every employee — including themselves.

When people are proud of their company and of the difference it makes, when they are proud of the accomplishments of their fellow workers, when they are proud of their personal input to the process or product, they must automatically become happier, better, more productive, engaged, workers and they will in turn encourage each other to be even more proud, happy and productive.

When such people are given the freedom to seek out and implement meaningful change, to work together to make a better world, to grow personally and professionally, to sometimes make mistakes and to learn from them, people power becomes an almost limitless force for growth. The incandescent spirit becomes a burning passion for achievement.

What do you suppose happens to the bottom line?

10 Smart Ways to Start Your Medical Billing Business Without Investing Too Much Money
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 11:12 pm

1.Start with a good business plan (you don’t have to hire a
professional to do this for you, you are the entrepreneur, you
have the ideas, so you can make your own business plan! You just
perhaps need a guide on how you will present it. There are many
free information available on the internet on how to do this!!)
& proper registration, paper works for your business (you may
contact your county’s Small Business Administration Office, they
provide free consultation, guidelines and information on how to
register your business!)

2.By now, you should know what software to buy (at least, that
would be the software you are experienced and familiar with)
—but DO NOT buy it yet!

3.You must market your medical billing service first before you
purchase that software (it is safer to have a client first in
hand before you make the purchase, this way, you’re sure you
have a client before investing on the software— they’re
expensive!). I suggest, you contact your own doctor &
specialists that you visit, and your friends who are in the
medical field who trust you and knows what you do

4.Find your first client. How are you going to do this? In the
yellow pages, insurance companies website (you can access many
of insurance companies’ doctors’ database even if you are not a
member of that insurance company) and your friends in the
medical field. Looking at the job ad in the newspaper or on any
internet job site who needs medical biller is also a good
prospect!

5.How do you market it? Send out newsletters, pens, calendars or
any give-aways to the doctor’s office. But remember, it is best
to convince the office manager about your service! Believe it or
not, newsletter I think is most effective. Give them something
they can read that shows them beneficial to their practice,
especially on their cash-flow crisis!

6.Offer your prospect the most competitive rate (anyway, you are
still starting and you need to prove your work-quality as a
start-up business! - break even for the first 3 months is just
logical)

7.Here’s the most important thing (if you can do it) — upon
signing of “service contract”, ask for a start-up fee (to set up
their practice’ database in your server) of at least $500.00.
This will then be refunded to them on their 3rd and 4th invoice.
If you send your invoice every two weeks, you will refund this
start up fee on the 7th and 9th week (that’s approximately after
2 months!), fair enough? Right?

8.You have now a cash-on-hand of $500. It’s time to contact your
billing software reseller and purchase the software. Let them
guide you how to set up the software (this is easy to do!). If
the software will cost you $1,000, you only had to pay $500
out-of-your pocket for that software because you have already
collected $500 as a start-up fee from your 1st client.

9.Set up your client’s database on your billing software (you
can upload their database and download it on your system!—take
note of compatibility of their software!). Or if not, set it up,
manually.

10.Start processing claims immediately!, deliver results!
collect their money and make your provider very pleased with
your service!

The above 10 smart ways are just my ideas. Trust no one but
yourself. You can not imagine you can be victimized by scams!
Read more, get more information. Remember, knowledge is power!
There are no shortcuts to success!

How To Lose Belly Fat With A 10 Minute Workout
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 3:02 pm

Are you looking to change the shape of your body or trying to lose belly fat without joining a high priced gym? If so, try this high energized cardiovascular fitness routine that that was developed by Keli Roberts.

With this 10 minute exercise routine you can burn up to 150 calories every single day.

The first two minutes of this fat burning routine is: Jump Rope - Begin by performing two jumps for each turn of the rope. Safety: Use the correct size jump rope and always land softly on the balls of your feet (that is the upper part of the bottom of your foot). Keep thinking I am losing weight.

Minutes two to three: Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The proper technique for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet. Your hands should be pointing forward as well. Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you (into a pushup position). Perform one strict pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is vanishing.

Minutes three to four: Jump Rope with only one jump per turn. Keep thinking, The fat is melting away.

Minutes four to five: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Side Plank. After completing your squat thrust and push up, you are going to lift and rotate your left arm off of the ground and over your head. Your left foot will rotate and rest on top of you right foot. And you will rotate your neck so you are looking up at your ceiling. Rotate back to the center and repeat on the other side. When finished, hop back into your squat position, stand up and start again. Keep thinking, no more belly.

Minutes five and six: Jump Rope. Same as minutes three and four. keep thinking, I am losing body fat.

Minutes six and seven: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Leg Lift. This is the same as minutes two and three only this time you will lift the toes of one foot about twelve inches off of the ground only after you have performed your push up. Lower your foot and repeat on the other side. Hop back up to your squat position, stand up, and start again. Keep thinking, goodbye belly.

Minutes seven and eight: Jump Rope. Same as minutes three and four. Keep thinking, my belly is getting smaller.

Minutes eight and nine: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add Mountain Climbers. Repeat everything as in minutes two and three only this time after your push up, you will quickly jog in place from your push up position. Make sure you bring your knees up to your chest on each rotation. Perform 5 jogs and repeat this entire process. Keep thinking, I am going to lose weight.

Minutes nine and ten: Jump Rope. Same as you first two minutes. Keep thinking. If I do this everyday, I will lose belly fat. Good luck to everyone.

We recommend using a soft padding such as a yoga mat when performing this exercise. This will cut down on any injury and save some of those knee joints for you. If you need more information on gym mats and yoga mats, please visit Ultimate Fitness Equipment - for all of your fitness needs.

Boosting the Sales of Your Internet Marketing eBook or Any eBook
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 2:07 pm

When you put your all into learning something that you need to know, you can bet that other people can benefit from what you have learned. Internet marketing is one of those topics that lots of people need help with. So once you’ve gained knowledge and experience writing and selling an internet marketing ebook might be a good opportunity for you.

In order to make money in ebook publishing, you have to have a product that people want. How-to books that fill a need are undoubtedly best-selling ebooks. An internet marketing ebook falls into that category.

There is nothing worse than an internet marketing ebook or how-to ebook that is filled with junk. Thus, in order for your internet marketing ebook to be a best seller, it has to offer useful information. If it doesn’t, you’ll get return requests and charge-backs left and right. Besides, if you don’t have quality content in your internet marketing ebook, you can’t comfortably offer a money back guarantee which is actually a vital aspect of marketing ebooks for profit.

Every ebook, especially an internet marketing ebook, needs to have a clear purpose before you begin to write it. Decide who your target audience will be - who will buy your book? Selecting a niche market to sell your internet marketing ebook to is half the battle. When you narrow your market rather than trying to satisfy the masses, you will have a much higher quality product and less competition. The trick to producing a best seller is to provide a solution to an existing problem that isn’t effectively solved by numerous competitors.

Add value to your internet marketing ebook by offering freebies as bonuses for buying the ebook right away. A customer’s perceived value is very important. Examples of bonuses might include things like a report on how to set up an affiliate program for an ebook, how to manage a pay-per-click campaign, or how to write results-oriented sales copy for an internet marketing website.

Realize that if your internet marketing ebook is going to make money, you’ve got to apply the internet marketing principles that will get your ebook noticed, walk the prospect through the sales process and close the sale. The first principle is driving traffic to your website. Whatever internet marketing techniques you use to accomplish that, targeted traffic is vital. Once you have visitors at your website the sales process kicks in.

Long-copy sales letters are undoubtedly best for selling an internet marketing ebook or any other ebook for that matter. Short copy just doesn’t cut it. You see, when you are selling information products online, like an internet marketing ebook, you don’t have the advantage of a face-to-face sales opportunity. Your web copy has to accomplish the sales for you.

To close the sale, the copy must convey a unique selling proposition - one or more things that stand out apart from your competition. It has to be attractive and compelling to your well-defined target market with headlines and subheads that grab attention by stating the product’s benefit or solution, or invoking curiosity. Your pricing strategy and relative bonuses must give readers a high perceived value so they feel they are getting an internet marketing ebook and additional information or products that are worth what they are paying.

The sales copy also has to build credibility either by stating the author’s credentials, using testimonials, or both. The reader’s objections also have to be countered by the sales copy. This can be accomplished by addressing them directly and by offering a money back guarantee.

A long-copy sales letter for selling an internet marketing ebook or another “how to” ebook that creates a sense of urgency can result in immediate sales. People have a tendency to be impulse shoppers so creating urgency by offering a “limited time” price or bonuses or making the product available only for a limited time will prompt the close of the sale.

Another factor to consider when writing sales copy for your internet marketing ebook is, buyers want to know they can contact you. When you provide valid, easy-to-find contact information your credibility increases tremendously and as a result so will your sales for your internet marketing ebook or any ebook you choose to publish.

How To Increase Targeted Web Site Traffic To Your Site?
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 12:15 pm

I have noticed in Many marketing forums How newbies give up in search of building traffic in less than 6 months. Building Long term targeted traffic takes time and dedication towards your website. You need to work towards getting Web site traffic and optimize accordingly.

Before You read anything about SEO or traffic building, You need to remember it takes time to get free and targeted traffic to your website. You might have heard some X guy getting 1000’s of visitors in its first month. But Do not hasten the process of organic traffic.

In this article We’ll discuss long term SEO building tips that’ll help you build a profitable website.

Any website that wants to make money needs to get optimized, and stay that way. Running and SEO campaign once or twice isn’t enough in this market: you need to consider long-term maintenance
of your SEO.

For Long term planning You do not need to chase search engine algorithms on daily basis. As Search engines improves their algorithms quite often. It’d be waste of time and effort to chase
them. Better You can do is understand basic SEO techniques and keep building a powerful resource in your niche.

Some tips for long term SEO.
1. Check on your pages regularly and make sure they’re still listed. Your listings are the most important part of your SEO work. Whether the page is listed or not is vastly more important
than what key words you have etc. After all, if you aren’t listed at all what good is it to optimize?

2. Watch for bad links or broken links in your site. Fix it as soon as possible. Any missing pages should be checked out thoroughly. Chances are that the system has run into a problem, but if you don’t check it out you may very easily be wrong. I had one of my blogs PR dropped in matter of 24 hrs when I wasn’t checking it. Somehow I recognize my mistake and worked towards
building it again. Now My blog got back its PR and traffic.

3. Resubmit your sitemap if you make major changes, but not for anything smaller. It’s better to have a blog giving latest details on minor changes.

4. Create monthly ranking reports on your site, to see if any changes need to be made.

5. Keep submitting your site to the big directories, as spiders use these as a starting point. This point is not stressed more often. If you need traffic from MSN and Yahoo, You need to do
this. Some directories will provide you low cost listing for a year (sometimes lifetime). Normally they have High PR pages. So it’ll help you a lot.

Besides from Basic SEO techniques You need not to worry a lot about regular fluctuations in your rankings. Though you need to keep an eye on your rankings and try to notice which factors
are giving your results.

6. While we are on building links, You need to work on getting lots of link backs regularly. Be it Link exchange or one way links through submitting articles. Do it regularly.

7. Watch your competitors and the methods they use. You’ll learn a lot by watching and understanding what your competitors does.

8. Keep updated yourself on your niche. Issue press releases Often if possible. Press releases are not like articles. Make them “news”. This will bring targeted traffic to your site. For

Go for low traffic keywords which are searched less than 400-500 times a month. If you are interested then read this page on writing articles that bring traffic http://www.website-marketing-strategy.my-infoworld.com/articles.html. With these tips alone You should be able to bring lots of free organic traffic to your site.

10. You need to know how to analyze your own website. Though You’ll find lots of articles on Website Optimization but before you go Let me give you a link to one of the software which I use For obtaining High Rankings for my sites. With this Software You’ll be able to spy on your competitors site and If need you can copy his exact methods which helped him gain into top rankings.

This might seem like a lot of work for a small website or company, but you need to do it to help your website grow. If you don’t have growth, you have nothing. No business wants to stay
where it is forever, and SEO is a good way to get more business and stay in the race.

Searching Homes Online vs Searching With A Real Estate Agent
Monday 31 December 2007 @ 12:53 am

Without a doubt, online home searches are more popular than ever. Statistics show that now over 70% of the people doing a home search begin their home search online. Because of that boom, many companies and real estate brokerages have been throwing up low quality home searches online to try to attract those potential buyers. Unfortunately many times that data is outdated, poor quality, and can cause more harm than good to the buyers. The buyer thinks that they are saving money by doing the search themselves and when they find a home they like, they just contact the listing agent. Unfortunately that line of thinking is misinformed, and can actually cost the buyer more money instead of saving. The way real estate works today, a buyer can be represented by a Buyer’s Agent and that Buyer’s Agent puts the interested of the buyer ahead of that of the seller. So that Buyer’s Agent will help with the home search, negotiate terms that are best for the buyer, and complete all of the necessary paperwork for a smooth transaction. That much is usually known by the buyer.

What most buyers don’t understand is that being represented buy the Buyer’s Agent won’t cost them anything, their services are paid buy the Seller’s Agent of the home that the buyer ultimately buys. Now that doesn’t mean that if the buyer uses the Seller’s Agent, that they will save the Buyer’s Agent’s commission. What actually happens is the Seller’s Agent gets both sides of the commission, so the price stays the same, but you lose your negotiating power because instead of having a Buyer’s Agent negotiating on your behalf, you are now using the Seller’s Agent to negotiate with the seller. Unfortunately the Seller’s Agent tends to be more loyal to the seller, not the buyer, so by trying to save a few bucks you are actually probably going to pay a few more.

Your best is to find a Buyer’s Agent right away and have them provide an automated home search for you that can email all homes on the market meeting your search criteria and then as any new homes hit the market that meet your search criteria, they will automatically be emailed to you. The reason this is superior to the online home searches is that these homes will be sent to you directly from the MLS, which has all of the updated data. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use online home searches at all, those are good in the early stages of the home buying process when you are feeling out the market. However, when you are serious about buying a home, you need to get the most updated and accurate data possible, and the only way to do that is through a Real Estate Agent. If you are going to use a Real Estate Agent then you may as well be represented by one who will put your needs in front of the seller, and can ultimately save you money, not cost you more.

All of these services can be provided in the Columbus Ohio Real Estate market can be provided by any agent that is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors.
